Looking for a true conversation piece? This original 1950s Neutrofon radio cabinet has been completely restored and thoughtfully reimagined into a one-of-a-kind cocktail cabinet, where mid-century craftsmanship meets bold, contemporary design.
Professionally refinished inside and out, the exterior teak veneer has been carefully stripped back to remove years of wear, revealing the depth and movement of its natural tiger grain. Finished in a soft satin sheen, the wood feels warm, rich, and timeless — allowing the original character of the piece to shine.
While the outside remains elegantly understated, the interior tells a different story.
Open the cabinet to reveal a vibrant, Art Deco–inspired transformation. The doors are lined with a striking fan-pattern wallpaper in deep teal and gold, creating contrast, depth, and a sense of occasion every time it’s opened. The interior compartments are painted in a rich, complementary tone, turning the piece into both a functional storage unit and a visual statement.
The original radio panel has been preserved as a decorative feature - a subtle nod to the cabinet’s history - while the interior has been adapted for modern living.
Inside, you’ll find:
🍸 Spacious compartments ideal for bottles, glassware, or curated display
🍸 Clean, open storage that can flex between bar use and general storage
🍸 A bold, lined interior designed to elevate everyday use
Original brass hardware and the beautifully curved tambour doors complete the piece, highlighting the level of craftsmanship rarely found today.
This is not a reproduction or a standard refurb. It is a singular piece - designed and finished by hand, with careful attention to both function and aesthetics.
